DIRECTIONS
Best way to get to the convention is to drive I-95 and take exit 85. When you get off the exit, you'll see McDonald's. Simply drive around behind McDonald's and you'll find the hotel. It's that easy!

COMING BY TRAIN?
AMTRACK has a train station 2 miles away. If plan to come by train, call or e-mail us in advance so we know when you are arriving and someone can come pick you up and take you to the hotel. But you need to let us know in advance!

FLYING IN BY PLANE?
You must come in at the BWI airport, known as the Baltimore/Washington International (and recently renamed as Thurgood Marshall Airport but even the major airlines still call it BWI).
The hotel does not have shuttle service but we have a staff that are willing to pick you up and even take you back after the convention under one condition (and we cannot stress this enough): You must contact us in advance to tell us the name of the airline you are using and the flight number, and what day and time you arrive. Give us this information as early as you can. Calling us a day or two before the convention will not help you or us. So if you already booked your flight or plan to do so today, call or e-mail us now with the information.
