I wanted to add my thanks for the excellent job you did on this new convention. A convention that is able to combine radio and television and full appreciation of both was a great idea. The continuously running films was great!  There was always something going on.

A SALUTE TO BUCK ROGERS!

The adventures of Buck Rogers in comic strips, movies, radio and television became an important part of American popular culture. This pop phenomenon paralleled the development of space technology in the 20th century and introduced Americans to outer space as a familiar environment for swashbuckling adventure.

With the assistance of the
THE RADIO & TELEVISION MUSEUM
in Bowie, Maryland, and the
SOLAR GUARD FAN CLUB,
there will be a special display centering on the inter-planetary adventures of Buck Rogers,
as well as a special slide show presentation
on the history of BUCK ROGERS!
