THE ADVENTURES OF NICK CARTER (1972)

Celebrity guests in this movie include Broderick Crawford, Neville Brand, Shelley Winters, Purnell Roberts and more! Sadly, this pilot never made it to a regular series and never aired on TV until four years after it was completed.
THE ADVENTURES OF RIN TIN TIN: THE WHITE BUFFALO
This is the DVD people have been begging for! Throughout the TV show's run, one episode ranks above average. "The White Buffalo" was the only musical episode of the series and designed as a tie-in with an LP record young children set out to buy in the stores. That's right, it's a musical episode! So rare and hard-to-find that this episode has never shown in reruns for the past few decades. However, in the early sixties, three classic episodes were filmed in color (not black and white, even though they were broadcast in black and white) and edited together for a big-screen movie and guess what episode was among those three? This DVD features that big-screen movie so we can now enjoy "The White Buffalo" and additional film bonus features on the same disc. And as if that wasn't enough, this includes a bonus CD with two half-hour radio broadcasts from the late fifties with the TV cast reprising their roles for the radio program including the radio version of "The WHite Buffalo."

ALFRED HITCHCOCK FILM SHORTS
Yes, Hitchcock directed two film shorts during WWII titled "Bon Voyage" and "Adventure Malgache" in 1944 and this DVD includes those film shorts, each with a running time of 30 minutes. They were not made as entertainment but to promote the Allied War effort. Filmed in France (with English subtitles) they are true WWII propaganda films.
ALIAS NICK BEAL (1949)
A district attorney rises to political success and the governorship but loses his sense of morality once he starts associating with the shadowy and perhaps diabolical Nick Beal. This was director John Farrow's winner, and the best of Ray Milland.
ALIAS BULLDOG DRUMMOND (1935)
Also known as "Bulldog Jack," this is the one film that differs from the rest of the Bulldog Drummond movies. Not part of the Paramount films that are commonly turning up on DVD today, this is also one of the best of the series. In fact, it's on our top-ten list of "must see" movies. Yes, it's that good! Bulldog is injured when his sabotaged car crashes and Jack Pennington agrees to masquerade as the sleuth. He is enlisted to help Ann manders finds her jeweler grandfather who has been kidnapped by a gang of crooks who want him to copy a valuable necklace they want to steal. The climax in the runaway train in the London Underground is magnificent. Thrills, comedy (real comedy) and excitement make this film VERY enjoyable. Recommended.
ANIMATED ADVERTISEMENTS
Now here is almost a full two hours of advertisements, all animated, that sparks anyone's interests. Whether it's Dr. Suess cartoons advertising Ford Motors from 1950, radio's Uncle Don in "Korn Plastered in Africa" (1932), "Easy Does It! (1948) or the Wonder Bakers color animated segments from the 1939 World's Fair, this is the kind of collection you wish came up all the time. Our personal favorite is the 1971 theatrical cartoons "Monsters Do Have Their Place", a short made for theaters urging patrons to vote against cable TV!
ATTACK OF THE CRAB MONSTERS (1957)
A group of scientist travel to a remote island to study the effects of nuclear weapon tests, only to get stranded when their airplane explodes. The team soon discovers that the island has been taken over by crabs that have mutated into enormous, intelligent monsters. To add to their problems, the island is slowly sinking into the ocean. A Roger Corman classic.
ATOMIC BOMB FILM SHORTS
This DVD features five classic film shorts that remind the audience how to wash the radiation off their arms in case of a Nuclear attack, how the bomb works, and the proper way of building a bomb shelter. Yeah, some of these are dated but for historical value, they are fascinating (and often times hilarious). "Living with the Atom" (1957)
"Radioactive Fallout and Shelter" (1965)
"The Atom Strikes!" (1945)
"Fallout: When and How to Protect Yourself" (1959)
"The Atom Goes to Sea" (1954)
AUTOMOBILE COMMERCIALS
Literally 2 ½ hours of vintage automobile commercials from the 1950s and 1960s. Watch Pat Boone try to pitch the 1958 Chevrolet. Watch Don Adams hock Texaco Gasoline! Groucho sells 1957 DeSoto, Ed Sullivan pitches the 1954 Mercury with the V161 Engine, Lorne Green tries to convince television viewers that the 1962 Chevrolet is a bargain, Alan Young loves his 1959 Studebaker, Bob Hope and Dinah Shore agree on the 1957 Chevrolet, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz love the 1959 Ford, and it goes on, and on, and on!
BAMBI MEETS GODZILLA
No joke. This two-hour collection of cartoons is odd, weird, almost all of them vintage, and purely for adults only. For this reason we tell it to you now - ADULTS ONLY. From "Spies" (1943) and "Making Stars" (1935), our personal favorite "Booby Traps" (1944) and the classic "Bambi Meets Godzilla" (1969), you'll love and be shocked at what you see, and you can't live life to the fullest till you see "The Huffless, Puffless Dragon" (1964). Did we say ADULTS ONLY?

BEER COMMERCIALS
Beer makers have been searching for the perfect beer commercial nearly since television exploded onto the American scene in the late 1940s. In those pioneer days, nobody--not the advertisers, not the ad agencies, not the TV stations--knew exactly what made for a good commercial. Indeed, the earliest beer commercials consisted of everything from live demonstrations of how to cook a Welsh rarebit using beer to the noisy rumble of a studio audience muddling through a rendition of the brewer's theme song. Includes vintage such examples as: Blatz (from the Amos n’ Andy TV Show), Budweiser (with Ed McMahon), Ballantine (with Mel Allen) Hamms Drafts, Jax (Nichols and May), Pabst Blue Ribbon (from TV’s “The Life of Riley”), Black Label, Utica Club, Rheingold Beer, Gobel Beer, Stag Beer (from the Mr. Magoo show), Schlitz Beer (with Ray Milland from TV series “Markham”), Genesee (“Making a Movie”), and many more!
BELA LUGOSI DOUBLE FEATURE
A three hour compilation of rare movies and film shorts featuring Bela Lugosi. THE MIDNIGHT GIRL (1925) features one of Lugosi's best roles in a silent film. A complicated story of love and murder with Lugosi as a wealthy art patron. In TANZ AUF DEM VULKAN (1920), one of Lugosi's earliest surviving films, he plays the role of Andrew Fleurot in a story about a French aristocrat who falls for a Russian nightclub singer. Also features Lugosi as Dracula in HOLLWYOOD ON PARADE NUMBER EIGHT, a nine minute interview Lugosi had with Dorothy West from 1931, and Karloff and Lugosi duke it out in a game of chess.
THE BENSON MURDER CASE (1930)
William Powell played Philo Vance in this very rare and hard-to-find mystery movie about a ruthless, crooked stockbroker who is found murdered at his luxurious estate. Vance just happens to be there, so he decides to find out who killed him. Quality isn’t up to our standards, but as rare as this film is, we’ve had no complaints.
THE BEST ANIMATED COMMERCIALS

The Flintstones promote Winston Cigarettes, Rocky and Bullwinkle try to sell Trix and other General Mills cereals, Ding Dongs with King Ding Dong, Bucky Beaver tries to pitch Ipana Toothpaste, Stag Beer with Mr. Magoo, and many more! THE BEAST FROM 20,000 FATHOMS (1953)

BEYOND THE TIME BARRIER (1960)
This was Fox's attempt to cash in on MGM's TIME MACHINE, filmed at the same time Edgar Ulmer was filming THE AMAZING TRANSPARENT MAN. The combined shooting time for the double feature was only two weeks! Experimental pilot testing a new rocket powered craft manages to fly into the future and land at the now deserted airbase. He ends up in a city with people suspicious of him, and he tries to make his escape.

This is one of those really, really, really hard-to-find movies that has never aired on TV or been released to VHS or DVD. Finding a good print is even more difficult. After purchasing eight prints, this is what we prefer to label the best print you'll ever see and definately enjoyable!

BRANDED: THE COMPLETE SERIES
This six-disc set contains every episode from both seasons, starring Chuck Connors. Not only do you get the episodes, but extra episodes of RIFLEMAN, interview with a writer from the series and other goodies! $30.00
BRINGING UP BABY (1938)
This is a special two-disc set containing the classic screwball comedy starring Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant. Heiress Susan is determined to catch a stuffy paleontologist and uses her pet leopard, Baby, to get her attention. Tons of bonus features are included (hence why it’s a two-disc set). $10.00
BRUTE FORCE (1947)
One of the best prison movies ever made. Burt Lancaster, Hume Cronyn, Charles Bickford and Ann Blyth are among the cast (and Howard Duff's screen debut). At overcrowded Westgate Penitentiary, where violence and fear are the norm and the warden has less power than guards and leading prisoners, the least contented prisoner is tough, single-minded Joe Collins. Most of all, Joe hates the chief guard, a petty dictator who glories in absolute power. Until a revolt and an escape scheme gives every chance of turning into a bloodbath.
THE BRUTE MAN (1946)
The classic Rondo Hatton horror movie. It would become his last picture and the only film which headlined his name. Here, Hatton seeks revenge against those who he holds responsible for the accident that disfigured him, but his heart is softened by a blind girl who befriends him.
THE BUICK SHOW
This five-disc box set contains ten hour-long episodes of The Buick Show starring Milton Berle. Known as “Mr. Television,” the famed comedian wasn’t afraid to dress in drag to make the audience laugh. Heck, his one-line ad-libs are absolutely worth watching. Guests include Frank Sinatra, Martha Raye, Basil Rathbone, Carol Channing, Jack Webb, Jackie Cooper, Paul Douglas, Sid Cesear, Gertrude Berg and Jane Froman. $25.00
BURKE'S LAW : The Complete TV Series
From 1963 to 1965, Gene Barry played Amos Burke, millionaire Los Angeles Chief of Detectives, who was chauffeured around to solve crimes in his Rolls-Royce. The nostalgic appeal for this series is evident when in the 1990s, a revival of the series took place. This 13-DVD set offers each and every episode, uncut and unedited from the 1963 to 1965 television program, which featured so many guest stars we couldn't possibly list them all (Telly Savalas, Fess Parker, Mickey Rooney, Burgess Meredith, Anne Francis, Barbara Eden, Ida Lupino, Cesar Romero, Annette Funicello, Broderick Crawford, Dorothy Lamour, William Shatner, Buster Keaton, and more!) $55.00
BUSTER KEATON FILM SHORTS
Four classic film shorts from the mid-1930s. Okay, so these are not the best Keaton films made and they show only a spark of genius in this set but they are not easy to find and they are now together on this DVD! “The Chemist” (1936), “Grand Slam Opera” (1936), “Jail Bait” (1937) and“One Run Elmer” (1935).
BY WHOSE HAND? (1932)
Definately a pre-code. Also known as Pullman 12, this cute little mystery film centers on a prisoner who escapes and roams about a train. Murder, death and theft meat out this crime drama but wait till you see the honeymooning couple!
