Anyone who uses vulgarity, profane language, or is plain ignorant and impatient will not be tolerated.  We understand that sometimes we wake up on the wrong side of the bed.  But sending nasty e-mails because 2-day delivery isn't fast enough is just plain wrong.  We reserve the right to refuse any order and refund any payment if we feel uncomfortable with the customer. 
(In other words, mean people can go away.)

Now that we have that taken care of . . .

TO ORDER OVER THE INTERNET:

1.  E-mail me a list of the titles you want.  Be specific if you can, such as the example below.
Jungle Jim Box Set (TV)  or Jungle Jim Box Set (movies)
Our Miss Brooks Volume Four
Duffy's Tavern: The Television Series or Duffy's Tavern: The Movie

2.  Make sure to include your mailing address so I know where to ship them to.  All orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office, not UPS or Fed Ex.   All orders have tracking numbers to ensure delivery.

3.  To pay by Paypal, simply use my e-mail address as my paypal ID.  If you want to use your credit card to pay on-line, it's safe and secure.  Simply go to www.paypal.com.

TO ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL:

1.  Write or type a list of the titles you want.  Be specific if you can.  Make your handwriting is legible!  We get at least one order a month that is so sloppy that even three of us can't figure out what the mailing address is.

2.  Be sure to include your mailing address with your order so I know where to ship your order to.  Also include your phone number or e-mail address.  In case we have a question, and need an answer to fill your order, contacting you by this menthod rather than a letter gets your order to you a lot quicker.

anyone so if you have a technical question
about cast, director, and so on, ask for Martin. 
Remember that youcan get a quicker answer if you e-mail.

HELPFUL TIPS WHEN ORDERING:

1.  We will only ship your order after payment is made.  We do not do cash on delivery.

2.  Please do not send cash.  Check or money order is acceptable.

3.  Do not include more than one address.  This would only lead to your order going to an address you do not want it being mailed to. If you are moving to a new address, remember that the address you give us is the one we ship to.

4.  We no longer offer VHS format. We have only had one order for VHS format in the past three years so we feel justified offering only DVD.

5. Though we are usually quicker, it can take as much as two weeks for your order to arrive, depending on weekends, snowy weather and holidays.

IF ORDERING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE U.S. :
Paypal and credit card is the best way to pay because those companies easily convert foreign currency into U.S. Dollars.  If you live in Canada, an International Money Order is okay so long as it clears a U.S. Bank and is in U.S. Dollars.

Postage is as follows.  For Canada, it's the same as the U.S.  $6.00 per order regardless of size.

If you live in England, Sweden, Scotland, or anywhere near that part of Europe, the cost to ship DVDs is $8.00 for one or two DVDs and $12.00 for orders of three of four DVDs, and $2.00 per additional DVD after. We are not committing highway robbery, remember it actually costs more to ship and we pay the difference!

If you live in Australia, the cost to ship is $10.20 for the first DVD, and $2.50 per additional DVD.

If you live in Japan, the postage is $9.00 for the first three DVDs, and $2.00 per additional DVD.

If you live in any other country, postage is $8.00 for the first three DVDs and $1.00 per additional DVD. 


RETURN POLICY
We will replace any DVD that you deem defective. We will replace for the same title, not a different title. We do offer a complete refund of your purchase if you request, provided the merchandise is returned first. Due to the number of fraud cases that we have (sadly) become victimized in the past, we limit refunds to five single discs per customer/address or one multi-disc box set per customer/address. Which means if you buy 20 DVDs and want to return 20 DVDs and get a refund, you will not get a refund. Sadly, there have been a few cases where customers copy DVDs and then send them back claiming a need for a refund. Two customers have been caught doing this (thanks to our constant contact with other vendors) and discovering people trying to take advantage of the vendors, we now have to limit the refunds per customer/address. If you've been an established customer for years, then don't sweat, we're easy to get along and we'll take care of you.
