THE IMPORTANT STUFF
1. All DVD titles listed are $10.00 each, unless it states otherwise.
2. Buy ten DVDs at the same time and get an eleventh for free! (This offer is only good if you buy ten at the same time, NOT ten separate purchases.)
3. Postage is a flat $6.00 regardless of the size of your order.

If you are ordering more than three DVDs, it actually costs more in postage and I cover the difference to please keep this in mind. I am not cheating anyone on postage costs.
4. Anyone who uses vulgarity, profane language, or is plain ignorant and impatient will not be tolerated. We understand that sometimes we wake up on the wrong side of the bed. But sending nasty e-mails because 2-day delivery isn't fast enough is just plain wrong. We reserve the right to refuse any order and refund any payment if we feel uncomfortable with the customer. (There - so all you mean people can go away.)

TO ORDER OVER THE INTERNET:
1. E-mail me a list of the titles you want. Be specific if you can, such as the example below.

2. Make sure to include your mailing address so I know
where to ship them to. All orders are shipped by
post office, not UPS or Fed Ex. Also make sure to
include your full zip code.
3. To pay by Paypal, simply use my e-mail address as
my paypal ID. If you want to use your credit card to
pay on-line, it's safe and secure.

TO ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL:
1. Write or type a list of the titles you want. Be specific if you can. If you mention Our Miss Brooks, for example, please mention whether you want the movie or the television series. Make your handwriting legible. We get at least one order a month that is so sloppy that even three of us can't figure out what the mailing address is.
2. Be sure to include your mailing address with your order so I know where to ship your order to. Be sure to include your full zip code. Also include your phone number or e-mail address. In case we have a question, and need an answer to fill your order, contacting you by this menthod rather than a letter gets your order to you a lot quicker.

TO ORDER OVER THE PHONE:
1. Call and ask for Rodney at 859 - 491 - 4914. Rodney is familiar with these titles more than anyone so if you have a technical question about cast, director, and so on, ask for Rodney. If you ask questions from anyone other than Rodney, you probably won't like the answers you get.
2. You can also use your credit card to place an order over the phone.
IMPORTANT! (There is a reason why we have the word "Important" in big yellow.) We are often on the road a few days at a time so if you call to place your order and by chance catch us when we are away, PLEASE BE PATIENT. We will return your phone call. Also, make sure to repeat your phone number twice. Sometimes people talk so fast we can't understand a word they are saying and they wonder why we can't return their call. And you only need to leave a message once. Four messages in one day is ridiculous and if we're out of town for business for two or three days, leaving a hundred messages will not get us to contact you sooner.
HELPFUL TIPS WHEN ORDERING:
1. Include your phone number, especially if you are mailing your order, so if I have a question regarding your order, I can get it out to you sooner.
2. We will only ship your order after payment is made. Payment can be Paypal, check, money order or credit card. Please do not send cash. We do not ship items out before payment is made. We are not a credit bureau and don't send items without payment.
3. Do not include more than one address. This would only lead to your order going to an address you do not want it being mailed to. One fella placed an order and had his office address on his order form, and his residential address on the check and envelope. If you are moving from one address to another, please be sure of which address you give us. We will not be responsible for sending an order to an address you just moved away from, if that was the address you gave us.
4. Although DVDs are here to stay, there are still some people (about one percent) who still prefer VHS. If this is the case, please let us know that you want VHS format. Unless we are told otherwise, we will assume you are ordering DVD format. It is your responsibility to let us know if you want VHS.
5. If you use four-letter words or bad language for whatever reason, we will send your order back. Though we are usually quicker, it can take about 2 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on the weather and holidays. We do not like mean people who expect champagne at beer budget prices and reserve the right to refuse an order any time.
We do reserve the right not to send a particular title to a customer if events beyond our control (such as acts of God, stock is sold out, etc.) prevent us from doing so. In such cases (which is extremely rare) we will send you either a refund or a different title. We will contact the customer for their choice before sending the order if this is the case.
IF ORDERING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE U.S. :
Paypal and credit card is the best way to pay because those companies easily convert foreign currency into U.S. Dollars. If you live in Canada, an International Money Order is okay so long as it clears a U.S. Bank and is in U.S. Dollars.
Postage is as follows. For Canada, it's the same as the U.S. $6.00 per order regardless of size.
If you live in England, Sweden, Scotland, or anywhere near that part of Europe, the cost to ship DVDs airmail is $9.00 up to four DVDs, and $16.00 for any orders of five or more DVDs.
If you live in Australia, the cost to ship airmail is $9.40 for the first DVD, and $2.50 per additional DVD.
If you live in Japan, the postage is $9.00 for the first three DVDs, and $2.00 per additional DVD.
If you live in any other country, postage is $8.00 for the first three DVDs and $1.00 per additional DVD.
I do not ship surface mail. Please keep in mind that in most cases, it actually costs a little more to ship to other countries than I listed above, and I do pay for the difference so if you feel the postage I charge is too much, remember I'm being generous with these postage fees.
